They seek a Product Analyst to push boundaries within the telecommunications industry, delivering tech-driven product solutions. The role involves supporting product development, contributing significantly to business growth through strategic and innovative approaches.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as the link between various teams such as engineering, IT, and sales enablement.
• Support the software product team with Jira tasks.
• Ensure thorough understanding and review of requirements with stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint reviews and prioritization meetings.
• Prioritize tickets accurately.
• Periodically test new product functionalities to ensure compliance.
• Craft business cases and product requirements.
• Manage projects impacting multiple areas end to end.
• Conduct data analysis and retrieval to bolster business cases.
• Engage stakeholders through feedback sessions.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of product, financial, or technology analyst experience.
• Salesforce experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.

• Experience with SOQL and complex data analysis.
