This role reports directly to the VP of Business Intelligence, pivotal for cross-departmental coordination with Finance, Operations, Product, and Compliance in understanding user behavior and gauging business performance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design SQL queries and data models using Amazon Redshift for analytics.
• Collaborate with teams to transform business needs into technical specs.
• Develop KPI dashboards for various departments.
• Document and maintain comprehensive data processes.
• Create financial models for planning.
• Implement automated systems for operational and compliance monitoring.
• Analyze user, revenue, and operational metrics.
• Support compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Lead initiatives on data governance.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Expertise in SQL with query optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon Redshift.
• Strong financial and statistical analysis skills.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Looker.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
• Skill in JavaScript and/or Python.
• Experience with Apache Airflow and/or Retool.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.
• Understanding of regulatory norms in financial services.
