In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design predictive models using regression techniques and various data types.
• Integrate advanced machine learning algorithms and develop new methods.
• Translate models into testable hypotheses in partnership with experimentalists.
• Create tools for the analysis and visualization of extensive datasets.
• Develop and implement Auto ML models, statistical models, and AI algorithms.
• Communicate predictive insights and findings to stakeholders.
• Utilize business intelligence and data modeling tools for research presentation.
• Stay updated on trends in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI for strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data engineering queries.
• Enhance data collection mechanisms to improve model predictions.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure efficiently for research environments.
• Guide and mentor junior data scientists in the team.
• Promote innovation through collaboration, conferences, and publishing.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to present results and gather needs.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s in relevant field with 5+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge in statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and programming
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL
• Experience with Azure and GCP Databricks
• Knowledge of Git and setting up CI/CD for data science projects
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and data analysis packages
• Prior experience with TensorFlow and NLP using NLTK
• Understanding of NoSQL databases and large-scale data processing
• Experience with cloud computing services
• Solid grasp of data structures and software design
