The role of Product Analyst exists to support the Salesforce Product team in enhancing business processes and requirements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes, requirements, systems, and user needs to develop documentation in ADO.
  • Provide support in data management, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, dashboards, and reports within Salesforce.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and training materials.
  • Assist level 2 support for escalated helpdesk issues.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing for new features and enhancements.
  • Aid in implementing Salesforce functionality for users.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce teams to ensure optimal delivery of functionality.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, technology, or related field.
  • Over 2 years of experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Proficiency in elicitation techniques and knowledge of business processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with management and staff to resolve problems.
