Lead Data Analyst

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Influence strategic decision-making by collaborating with senior leadership.
• Define key success metrics and oversee rollout and measurement plans.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis for new initiatives.
• Create data models, dashboards, and ad hoc reports to support business insights.
• Work with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to develop robust datasets.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, multivariate tests, and campaign incrementality tests.
• Manage workload priorities, supporting team efforts to deliver timely insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Over 5 years of experience in consumer-facing, digital industries.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
• Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau and Amplitude.
• Ability to collaborate with data and software engineers.
